Separate clocks, one timeline
Petition validity, visa expiration and the admit-until date on your I-94 are different dates that can end at different times. EADly keeps each one with its source and shows them together, with local reminders for supported dates.
When an engagement or employment ends
Regulations at 8 CFR 214.1(l) describe a discretionary grace period of up to 60 consecutive days, or until the end of the authorized validity period if shorter, for certain workers including O-1. EADly records the end date and shows review dates from the facts you save.

Can I start EADly with an O-1 and no F-1 history?
Yes. Standalone O-1 records are supported. You can add earlier F-1 or other history later if you want it in the same chronology.
Does EADly support both O-1A and O-1B?
Yes. You choose the category when you set up the record, and your petition, admission and activity records follow it.
Can I record an agent as my petitioner?
Yes. EADly records whether the petitioner is an employer or an agent, alongside the engagements your petition covers.
Does EADly assess whether I qualify for an O-1?
